1. The seller

2. Product information

Read the product description, selected colour or size, materials, measurements and assembly information before ordering. Measurements converted to centimetres are approximate. Wood grain, natural stone pattern and screen colour rendering can vary, but this does not excuse goods that are materially different from their description. US Queen and King bed names are not UK standard sizes; check exact dimensions and mattress compatibility.

3. Prices and charges

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK VAT and import duties. Standard UK shipping is free. Novacrest bears the import VAT, customs duty and import-clearance charges for delivery to your UK address; customers do not pay additional import charges on delivery. Your checkout total is the amount payable to us for the order. We do not use invented original prices or unsupported savings claims.

4. Orders and payment

Check your order details before submitting. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation, unless we explicitly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot supply an item, or discover a material pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you and refund any payment rather than substitute an item without your agreement. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout once configured.

5. Delivery and ownership

Orders ship from the United States to UK addresses. Preparation is estimated at 1–2 working days, with 3–7 working days in transit after dispatch. See our delivery policy. Risk normally passes when you or a person you nominate takes physical possession, subject to applicable law. Ownership passes when full payment has been received.

6. Cancellation, faults and refunds

See our returns and refunds policy for the 14-day cancellation process, US return address and responsibility for return costs. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are handled according to applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms restricts statutory rights or requires you to accept store credit instead of a refund where a refund is legally due.

7. Assembly and use

Follow the supplied instructions and product-specific care guidance. Check fittings regularly, use furniture only for its intended purpose and fit anti-tip restraints where supplied or instructed. Arrange safe assistance for heavy items. Any commercial warranty will be identified separately if offered; we do not imply an unverified manufacturer warranty.

8. Liability and consumer protections

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We remain responsible for applicable consumer rights concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and accurate description. These terms do not remove mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence or their right to bring proceedings in a competent court.

9. Privacy and changes

Our privacy and cookies policy explains how we use personal information. We may update these terms for future orders; the version supplied for an accepted order continues to apply to that order. Contact customer care with any complaint and we will work with you to resolve it.
